The "Youth Hostel Wels" is located at the area of the cultural center called "Alter Schlachthof". It is a five minutes walk away from the city center.
The hostel offers 2-bed rooms, 4-bed rooms or 6-bed rooms and also has two common rooms with cable-TV, a video recorder and a sound system.
Nearby you will find the zoo of Wels and also the local in- and outdoor swimming pool.
Excursions: Aquapulco - Bad Schallerbach (large in- and outdoor pool, equipped with many water slides) Vogelpark Schmieding (a large number of bird species from all over the world on 80.000 square meters).

Wels is a city with a concise history - it was once a major Roman capital - guided tours through the old center of Wels and it`s museums.
